Responsibilities :
Supplier Relations
- Maintaining and improving relationships with existing suppliers
- Finding and negotiating new suppliers
- Assessing supplier reliability
- Developing long-term partnerships
Product range management
- Market analysis and increasing product variety
- Analysis of sales history and seasonality
- Demand forecasting and strategic procurement planning
Supply chain and logistics management
- Monitoring order deadlines
- Full logistics cycle planning
- Selection of transport companies and negotiations with them
- Selection of optimal transportation options (land, sea, air)
- Optimization of logistics processes and control of deadlines
Customs operations
- Preparation of necessary documentation for customs operations and customs clearance of cargo.
Procurement and contract management
- Negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers
- Technical and quality review of purchased products
- Production of procurement-related documentation
- Monitoring order deadlines;
Reporting and performance analysis
- Monitoring KPIs (delivery speed, quality indicators, cost savings, etc.)
- Monthly reporting to the Directorate
Financial and customs operations
- Monitoring financial settlements with suppliers and logistics companies
Participation in tenders
- Searching and studying tenders
- Analyzing requirements and preparing necessary documentation
- Managing the full cycle of tender participation
- Participating in tenders, searching/selecting potentially interesting tenders on tender sites, studying and analyzing all conditions required in the tender, searching for products for participation in the tender based on the information received and preparing documentation.

- From shipment to receipt
- From receipt to final distribution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
